• 💃 [CANNES CAN] Did you know it was Cannes Lions this week? LOLz, of course you did. It’s all over the feeds. I have to applaud the chutzpah of the college PR student who snagged a selfie (and some insight) from the Richard Edelman. 

• 📺 [ME-DIA] File this under “the media is getting hyper-niche and I cannot keep up.” The WSJ covered* two 27-year-old guys making 60-second TikToks that are somehow becoming the go-to news source for ad execs. PR is getting weirder.

• 👩‍💻 [WORK/LIFE HACKS] Do you bring your laptop on vacation? Ever make a therapy appointment public on your calendar? I asked about your non-negotiables and the responses hit deep. From “no calls while driving” to “never relocating for a job,” people are getting clear about their boundaries.

• 🏀 [WNBA or WWE?] Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham brawled to defend Caitlin Clark, and her brand is having a MOMENT. If you were her agent, what would you do next? My guess: a “Call Her Daddy” appearance is imminent.

• 🎧 [JUST FOR FUN] This song about a millennial calling out faux-nostalgia for the early '00s has been stuck in my head all week. “I don’t remember you in Ed Hardy being that happy.” Too real.
