Hi, I’m Gab Ferree, and I went from comms IC to VP in six years leading teams and navigating crises at companies like Salesforce and Bumble. I built Off the Record to share the tools, tips, and hard-won lessons that helped me grow fast, lead with confidence, and stay sane along the way.
